DESCRIPTION
The festival marks the wonderful time of year (at the end of June) when the rhododendron blooms in the Cindrel Mountains. At the bottom of the mountain, in Cibin valley, people celebrate this beautiful, rare flower with music, dancing and local culinary delights.
