DESCRIPTION
The ecotourism destination Pădurea Craiului hosts every year the Eco Bihor Primavera Trail Race, a mountain running competition that opens the calendar of this kind of competition in Romania. Due to the high technical level of the running routes and the exemplary organization, it has become a national benchmark event.
The competition, with four levels of difficulty, will challenge athletes to run along the steep slopes of the Crișului Repede gorge and the nearby karst plateaus, a picturesque area with protected natural area status.
