All tours include lunch. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We require all participants to be able to trot and canter competently.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs accordion toggle_style_1 has_scrolling\" style=\"--sections-title-size:inherit;--sections-gap:0.5rem;\"><div class=\"w-tabs-sections titles-align_none icon_chevron cpos_right\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"ae00\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-ae00\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">The route proposed by the organizers:<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-ae00\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each tour has its own specifics:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b> The Wine Trail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is a one day ride in the saddle to Richi\u0219, where we will visit the fortified church. Our guide is Her Schass, who will share all the legends of the church and the Cistercian monks who built it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b> The Legendary Trail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">leads through centuries-old forests to Biertan, UNESCO site that holds the most important fortified church in the country: the former Seat of the Evangelic Bishop. We\u2019ll have lunch surrounded by cavalry armours, visit the church, then go back to Apo\u0219.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b> The Saxon Trail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">goes through wide meadows to Stejeri\u0219, where a small Saxon community is still to be found. We\u2019ll go up in the Speck Tour and taste speck, green onions, oven baked bread and the local brandy, while Mr. Misch will explain all about this old custom.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b> The Royal Trail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">goes to M\u0103l\u00e2ncrav, where HRH Prince Charles visits often. We\u2019ll have lunch in a Saxon household and enjoy the specialties: plum pie and black currant syrup, then we\u2019ll visit the Apafi Manor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>The Hartibaci Trail<\/b>goes through two villages, crosses the narrow-gauge rail and reaches Al\u021b\u00e2na, our destination. We\u2019ll have a three-course meal at Stef\u2019s Hay Barn, visit the Interethnic Museum of Hartibaci Valley and then back to Apo\u0219.<\/li>\n<li><b>6. The Green Trail<\/b>\u00a0crosses vast meadows and goes up mild hills to Cop\u0219a Mare, also UNESCO site. After lunch we\u2019ll meet the priest, famous beekeeper and glass icon-painter, taste his honey and return to Apo\u0219 for a campfire and the opportunity to make plans for the next
