DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In T\u00e2rgu-Neam\u021b, the city in the Land of the Biscuit, the cultural spring begins with Ion Creang\u0103. Here, the great storyteller from Humule\u0219ti is not just an author studied in textbooks, but an integral part of the identity of the place.
\nThe 2026 program brings together artistic moments and performances inspired by Ion Creang\u0103’s work, thematic exhibitions and competitions, a cultural symposium, a concert-performance inspired by “Childhood Memories”. At the same time, the ceremony of awarding the title of Honorary Citizen of the city of T\u00e2rgu-Neam\u021b to the writer Mircea C\u0103rt\u0103rescu will take place in Humule\u0219ti, in the context of the National Prize for Prose “Ion Creang\u0103” – Opera Omnia, a moment that places the event in the national cultural circuit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
