DESCRIPTION
Off-road running competition – 21 km half marathon, 11 km race, 2.5 km children and family running competition.
Through this event, the organisers try to bring as many people as possible to the start, to promote equal opportunities, gender equality, non-discrimination and to combat sedentarism, especially among children and young people.
The half marathon/cross-running competition will have three routes corresponding to three different categories. The start and finish will be from Tudor Arghezi street, continuing on Dr. Valeriu Popovici street, crossing the Lunca de jos area, then entering the Hațeg forest, reaching objectives such as Tronul străbunilor, the Royal Fortress of Hațeg, Subcetate village and back through the area called Răstoacă.
The children’s competition will take place making a loop on the streets Tudor Arghezi – Dr. Valeriu Popovici – Matei Corvin – Nucilor.
The event is open to the public with prior registration on the competition website www.hategroyaltrail.ro or on site, on 04.10.2024, between 12.00 – 20.00 and on the morning of the competition day between 07.30 – 09.00.
