DESCRIPTION
Every autumn the “Straița Plină” festival takes place in Piatra Craiului ecotourism destination. It is a harvest celebration, a way to thank nature for being generous and filling our pantry with goodies. For more than 10 years, this event has brought together local producers and townspeople who come to enjoy the abundance of products. At the stalls with goodies you can taste many types of jam, sauces, syrup or pickles, but also fresh pork products, cheeses, bee products, trout pates, smoked trout and many other delicacies.
Both children and adults can enjoy the creative workshops, where they can learn the secrets of traditional crafts, such as pottery, loom weaving, beadwork, egg-painting, together with famous folk craftsmen of Bihor. In addition to these there will also be painting workshops, musical moments and others.
