Casa Rudi & Ella Guesthouse in Săliște preserves the old Transylvanian charm of the Mărginimea Sibiului ecotourism destination, with its sheep and forested mountains. In a large green courtyard, you will find the reception, a traditional wooden house, a former blacksmith’s shop, playgrounds for children, and a garden where you can wander freely.

Guests are welcomed in the new house with mountain views. The house has four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, ready for couples or families with one or two children, a fully equipped shared kitchen, a living room, a gazebo, and private parking.  Lovers of country life can sleep in one of the two traditional Romanian cottages. Breakfast can be prepared by the hosts, or guests can prepare their own in the shared kitchen. 

Săliște is a starting point for mountain hikes, excursions to shepherds’ villages, and the old centre of Sibiu is a half-hour drive away. Săliște is also the starting point of the King’s Road – Transalpina, which crosses the mountains to the south.
