DESCRIPTION
The guesthouse is situated in Budești, on the national road to Cavnic resort. The distance of only 7 km from the ski slopes makes it a good option for ski lovers. The guesthouse is within easy access of the attractions and tourist routes from the Eco Maramureș ecotourism destination. In the village, there is St. Nicholas Church, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where the coat of mail and the helmet of Pintea the outlaw, the local hero, are kept.
The attractions from the wider area of historical Maramureș are also a relatively short distance away: Bârsana Monastery (18 km), Sighetu Marmației (27 km), and the Merry Cemetery in Săpânța (40 km). Inside, the guesthouse is decorated with traditional elements, and the 6 en-suite rooms have their own balconies. On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals yourself. On request, the hosts can prepare traditional local dishes. The guesthouse also has an outdoor terrace, facilities for barbecue, and two rooms are equipped with children’s beds.
